Refund and Return Policy

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

Just Stay, LLC is happy to offer no hassle returns, on all products returned in original condition. Refunds and exchanges are available on eligible items within 30 days of the date of purchase . Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements after 30 days of the date of purchase.

  • The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
  • The item(s) cannot be washed and/or worn.
  • The item(s) must be free from human/animal hair.

Items not eligible for returns:

  • Masks
  • Discounted Items
  • Gift Cards

Shipping Costs for Exchanges, Replacements, and Returns:

Customers are responsible for shipping charges to mail the item back to us, and we will pay to ship the new item to you. If you need to exchange/refund, email us at returns@juststayco.com, and we will provide you with the return address.

What do I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item?

We always strive to ensure our customers receive exactly what they ordered and in perfect condition. If that didn’t happen for you, please send us a photo of the incorrect or damaged item via email to orders@juststayco.com within 30 days of your purchase. This way, we can promptly send you a replacement. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements after 30 days of purchase.
