Shipping Fees, Processing and Transit Times

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States .

For Canadian orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the purchase weight and are displayed at checkout. Prepaid duties are collected at the time of check-in. Customers should not anticipate any unexpected or unexpected fees at customs.

Processing

Usually, we get your order processed within 24-48 business hours. But, during super busy times (like when a new design drops), it might take up to five business days because we’re swamped with orders from our amazing customers such as yourself. Rest assured, we work diligently to get you the cool ideas you purchased in a timely manner.

Delivery

U.S. Orders: Since delivery times can be a bit unpredictable, as soon as we process your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking info so you can keep an eye on where your package is. Your order will arrive within 7-14 business days within the US. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed on Mondays.

Canadian Orders: These orders will ship via DHL and typically take 3-12 business days for delivery.

Just Stay, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages, packages delivered to the incorrect address, or for refunds or replacements in such instances. The customer bears the responsibility of filing all claims with the USPS or other shipping partner.

Transparency in Production and Shipping

Just Stay; takes pride in offering you the very best quality products available. Unlike chain stores that make a bunch of clothes and then throw away whatever inventory they can’t sell, we do things a little differently. Most of our clothing items are made just for you – which means that when you order something, we make it right there for you!

By making our products on demand, we’re saving the planet, cutting down on overproduction, and making sure every item has a job to do!

Occasionally, we may not have the entire order inventory printed such as lanyards, stickers, wristbands, and other accessories. While we do take every measure to ensure our accessory inventory remains stocked, in such cases during busy times, it may take slightly longer to deliver the order to you. If this occurs, we will make every effort to inform you of the issue promptly.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

At this time, we ship within the United States and to Canada.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Please double check you address before you place your order. If you provided the incorrect address and your order is lost, you bear the responsibility for filing any claim with the USPS or a shipping partner.

In the event the package is returned back to our facility, we will refund your purchase minus the shipping fees.

MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

When this happens it often means that your order was delivered to the wrong address by mistake, and your order will show up within a few days.

Because of this, we ask that you wait five business days from the delivery date before contacting us.

If your order has not arrived five business days after the indicated delivery date, please email us at support@juststayco.com. Additionally, we may require you to complete a missing package claim with the USPS or shipping partner.
